Horrible, doesn’t communicate with her clients nor another agent she had us convinced that we had the home then sells it to someone else we got papers that said we would close on the house march 1st and just found out yesterday February 23rd, 2024, apparently we aren’t the only people she canceled on and never responded to.

Amazingly, Jessica contacted both my mother and I with regards to selling our house before we even searched for an agent! She did a fantastic job hiring a professional to take pictures of the house, inside and out. We were very pleased and glad that we had Jessica to sell our home. If I ever come back to the Columbia area, I will gladly ask Jessica to help my wife and I find the perfect home. She's professional, knowledgeable, patient, and understanding. I highly recommend Jessica for any and all of your real estate needs.
